Eryc Ng
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Eryc’s journey reads like a script of resilience and entrepreneurial prowess. Starting with a diploma in Interior Architecture at Alfa International College in 2006, his path took an unexpected turn as financial constraints led to dropping out in 2009. Undeterred, he delved into the workforce, joining an MNC design firm in 2010 where his innate talent quickly earned him recognition as one of the best interior designers.
Venturing to Singapore in 2012, Eryc navigated the construction sector as a project manager before returning to Malaysia in 2018. He established his first company “ZEN JEWELRY SDN BHD,” delving into the wholesale realm of Malay hijab fashion accessories. This venture catapulted to stardom across online platforms, all thanks to his distinctive design prowess. Remarkably, despite his background as an Interior Designer, he personally crafted every unique brooch design, setting the stage for skyrocketing sales. The resonance of his creations even transcended borders, with products gaining popularity to the extent of being exported to Thailand
As the storm of COVID-19 raged in 2019, Eryc’s company faced a tempest it couldn’t weather during the Movement Control Order (MCO). A forced shutdown leaving him in the aftermath with a mountain of debt. Yet, his entrepreneurial spirit remained unbroken. In 2020, amid MCO 3, he launched his Interior & Architecture firm, diving into TikTok with remarkable success. Gaining 200k followers in 20 days, Eryc redirected sales from TikTok, establishing himself as a luminary in the Malay community.
December 2022 marked a new chapter as Eryc entered property management and real estate investment. Within a year, he aided over 200 clients, blending interior design expertise with strategic property investments has helped most of his client to generate passive income over the months in the last quarter of 2023.
In 2023, Eryc expanded his empire with three new subsidiaries – Zen Advisory, Zen Car Rental, and Zen Property Management. The combined revenue of these ventures skyrocketed, reaching an impressive 8 figures within a year.
Eryc’s vision is nothing short of audacious – to list his group of companies ZEN IHC on Nasdaq or Bursa by 2028. Grounded in a noble mission, he aspires to extend a helping hand to the less fortunate in Malaysia, providing education in real estate investment. In the captivating saga of Eryc, each chapter unfolds with determination, innovation, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
Cheryl Chong
Chief Operation Officer
Cheryl, our powerhouse COO cultivated her academic prowess in Economics at the National University of Malaysia during her bachelor’s journey. Her career, however, is anything but conventional. Starting as a loan banker at Standard Chartered Bank, she quickly pivoted to become an HR & Finance Manager in a major MNC alongside key players in Singapore.
In this dynamic role, Cheryl orchestrated the harmony of over 200 staff across branches in Singapore and Malaysia, all while being the wizard behind the curtain assisting the CEO in the intricate dance of company operations. Buckle up as Cheryl continues to weave her magic, blending finance, HR, and operational prowess in the pursuit of corporate excellence.
At ZEN IHC, her COO role showcases her talent for streamlining departmental operations, enhancing productivity, and ensuring smooth functionality across the board.
Vigne Law
Chief Technical Officer
Vigne, the unconventional graduate from Reliance College who kicked off his career with travel agency and tele-marketing. In 2011, he took a bold detour into the IT industry and quickly ascending to become a Team Lead for Software Support and project implementation.
Fast forward 9 years, and Vigne is now a Project Manager at a multinational corporation, spearheading the company’s successful entry into the Malaysian market. Starting from scratch, he built a formidable Malaysia team of over 15 experts, transforming the company into a well-oiled machine for spanning across Singapore and Malaysia.
In 2023, driven by a passion in real estate, he embraced a new challenge at property management. Starting in the Legal Department, he swiftly ascended to the role of Chief Technical Officer, poised to steer the company to greater heights.
Cherlyn Chong
Finance Director
Cherlyn, a financial virtuoso holding a degree from EU INSTITUTE. Post-graduation, she orchestrated financial prowess across 5 diverse industries. With 13 years in the banking realm, her journey at Public Bank began at the front counter, evolving into a customer service maestro. Mastering roles in mortgages, hire purchase, and frontline, she not only provided On-The-Job training for recruits but also played a pivotal role in catapulting branch sales beyond monthly targets.
In her role as CFO at ZEN IHC, she is the maestro of the financial symphony—conducting fund management, crafting budgets, and guiding the company towards unparalleled financial security and seamless operations
Yi Jun
HR & Account Director
Jun graduated with a Business Administration degree from UTAR and an Accounting diploma from PINTAR COLLEGE, equipping her with a strong blend of business management and financial skills. Before joining ZEN IHC, she excelled in administrative tasks managed daily operations and gained recognition at Edaran Tan Chong Motor (Utara) Sdn Bhd. In 2022, upon joining ZEN IHC Jun quickly rose to HR & Account Director, thanks to her rich experience & proficiency.
Khairul Azuan Bin Muhammad
Associate Director - AJ Traffic & Engineering
Khairul Azuan, a graduate of forestry from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang, embarked on a journey that defied the conventional. Initially navigating through major forestry companies, he discovered his passion lay elsewhere. In 2008, a pivotal shift led him to a construction company, where he started from scratch, evolving into a key figure. In 2014, fueled by ambition, he founded AJ Traffic, crafting a success story marked by resilience and innovation. Not stopping there, in 2021, he expanded his entrepreneurial ventures, introducing AJ Construction Engineering to his league and legacy.
In ZEN IHC, Khairul Azuan orchestrated a remarkable surge in the company’s sales figures, achieving a significant boost through strategic market penetration across diverse racial demographics.
Mazian Bin Muhammad
VTO - Coach
Mazian, with a foundation in Mechanical Engineering (Hons.) from University Tenaga Nasional, Kajang, he embarked on a dynamic career in the palm oil industry, progressing from an engineer to senior management over 15 years. During this tenure, he adeptly managed operations and manufacturing while honing skills in engineering, supply chain, operations, project planning, and business strategy. Achieving certifications as a Steam Engineer Grade 2, Traffic Management Officer, and Safety and Health Officer underscore his dedication to professional growth. Since 2021, he has passionately focused on traffic management solutions, contributing significantly as a key figure in a thriving traffic engineering company.
Upon assuming the role of Marketing Director at ZEN IHC, Mazian has consistently offered unwavering marketing support to the sales department. Collaboratively aligning with sales requirements, he has played a pivotal role in surpassing sales expectations and achieving remarkable success.
